Yes it is possible to get the AR aging as of specific date.
Goto Reports–> sales–> trial balance. In the Reports list , select Historic Trial Balance.
In this option, you have the facility to enter the age as of date.
This can be exported to Excel from the destination button. Select File and save either as Tab delimited or CSV
