I get this error while syncing records from salesforce to quickbooks desktop. “ERROR:(3185) – There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Customer “CITY OF NORTH LAUDERDALE” in the Invoice. QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list”. How can this be solved?
Reason: This error occurs when the Customer does not exist in QuickBooks (either deleted or not created)
Solution: Verify whether the Customer/Job “CITY OF NORTH LAUDERDALE” exist in QuickBooks or not. If not, create a customer in QuickBooks with the same name.
