We need to know about some of the fields and trigger that dbsync has set
when we install this app years ago.
Fields are *Additional Information, Balance (Current), Payment Received
(Current).*

These are the fields which come whenever DBSync package is installed in your SF Org. DBSync packages are managed package which we can not edit the property of that component. Balance (Current) and Payment Received (Current) is the currency field which will be populating values from payments of QB records if they are mapped in DBSync.
