I just had a problem the other day that was fixed. Now the Quickbooks Web Connector is saying “Authentication failed” and none of the invoices from today synced. I noticed I am also missing one from 8/12 (110376).
Enter the correct DBSync password in the web connector, then click ENTER and then click on YES. then initiate the sync, The sync will work fine.
Authentication Fail occurs if the entered password is incorrect in webconnector.
