Error in reference to Quickbook customer

    Hi Bobbie,

    You have posted 2 different errors.

    1. RROR:(3140) – There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Customer
    This is the error we get when Transaction [Opportunity/Sales Order/Sales Receipt/Checks/Deposits..] is having an Account/Customer attached which is not present on Quickbooks. Creating the Account/Customer manually should resolve the Transaction sync issue.

    2. “The string "c/o Anita Turner473 Buena Vista Ave., AP" in the field "Addr2" is too long.”
    Quickbooks has character limitations for each fields. Check out this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/printing-preferences/character-limitations-fields-quickbooks/
    If we’re trying to send the data from Litify/Salesforce or any CRMs to Quickbooks, character count of each fields should be within Quickbooks character limitations.
