’m using the Cloud workflow for the Salesforce to QuickBooks Desktop bidirectional sync. I’m trying to sync payments into QuickBooks from salesforce and I keep running into the same error with no way to resolve.
The message I get is: “Response Received =0x80040400:QuickBooks found an error when parsing the provided XML text stream……..”

An issue looks like, the required fields are not mapped or required field does not have the values, when you trying to sync the payment record.
Kindly cross verify the data in SF and the mappings in DBSync.
