Quickbooks Web Connector Error: QBWC1012

    We’re having this error message periodically in the QB Web Connector, can you help?:

    Version:
    Not provided by service

    Message:
    Authentication failed

    Description:
    QBWC1012: Authentication failed due to following error message.
    java.rmi.RemoteException: servie error:; nested exception is:
    com.avankia.appmashups.soap.DBSyncException: com.avankia.appmashups.soap.DBSyncException: org.jdom.input.JDOMParseException: Error on line 4: White spaces are required between publicId and systemId. See QWCLog for more details. Remember to turn logging on.

    Hi Dennis,
    Please re-enter your DBSync password in the QuickBooks WebConnector.then press Enter and click on SAVE. run the sync and update us
