not sure why we keep getting this syncing issue? I cleared the log like you had me do last time but still getting this error.

“Close connection failed error may comes in 2 scenarios:
1. If your QB application was not opend and in background your is in progress.
2. Might be dbsync server may down for some times or some small glitches in server. so for better response please reach out dbsync support for the earliest solution.
