Hi Yuhong,
Enter the correct DBSync password in the web connector, then click ENTER and then click on YES. then initiate the sync, The sync will work fine.

These are the fields which come whenever DBSync package is installed in your SF Org. DBSync packages are managed package which we can not edit the property of that component. Balance (Current) and Payment Received (Current) is the currency field which will be populating values from payments of QB records if they are mapped in DBSync.

Customers will be created if QB Id in SF is empty and if QB Ids are not empty then customers will update based on QB Ids present in SF page layout.
As per the error customer from QB doesn’t exist anymore or it is deleted from QB. Please make sure customer is present in QB

Please follow the below steps to configure the QuickBooks connector in DBSync.
1. Login to DBSync using the link https://app03.mydbsync.com/appcenter/login
2. Click on Development studio.
3. Click edit next to the project ‘SalesforceQuickBooksBiDirectional_v2 ‘.
4. Click on Connectors tab(Left side of the window).
5. Click on QuickBooks and paste the QuickBooks company file path (To find the QuickBooks file path, launch QuickBooks and press ‘F2’ key).
6. Download the web connector and save it.
7. Open the downloaded ‘.QWC’ file in the QuickBooks web connector and enter the DBSync password in the Password section.
8. Run the sync.Let us know once it is done.

If you are getting an error symbol on your project, then there is a problem with your Project Build Path. Kindly check in your Project Build Path whether ‘dbsync-sdk.jar’ file is added under Libraries tab. If not then please add dbsync-sdk.jar file and save. Once this is done again run your appcode-deploy.xml , now the problem should be fixed.
