    We can get it back from DB Sync before that you should reach out our support at the earliest to restore it back => drop an email to support@avankia.com

    By default we Sync all the records in to Other Income. If you need it for any other Chart of Accounts DB Sync can do it

    It usually happens when there are bulk records to Sync and the request sending and receiving gets locked, at this time check all the records are synced or not. If records are not Synced reach out to our support by dropping an email to support@avankia.com or If Sync is successful you can close it by following steps.
    Open Task Manager => Start Task Manager => Under the Process Tab => Right Click on the QBWebConnector.exe => Click on the End process tree in the Dialog box.

    DB Sync can export all those characters. But, Salesforce allows users to enter formatted text, add images and links. Up to 131,072 characters on separate lines.
