    Go to Scheduler tab from the manage profiles on your Replication instance, select the required Process from the Command dropdown and give the desired time interval according to your requirement. you can have multiple scheduler for a single profile.

    Yes we can keep Multiple version of files. when downloading one should see that check box is selected and saved to enable file versioning.

    whenever DBSync license is expired, we get this error in the logs. Hence, please get in touch with your Sales Rep in DBSync to verify your license and if the license has actually, please renew it.

    The reason is items are not present as products in SalesForce.
    So First we have to sync items as products in SalesForce and then add line items will be added automatically when Opportunities are created..

    The reason for this error is because of “a vendor or a customer might already be present in quickbooks with the same name”.
    So modify the name which you want to sync and then try syncing it .

    “Application request to abort” error occurs when you try opening a wrong company file which is not the one mentioned in the quickbooks adapter in dbsync.
    So make sure that you are opening a right company file.

    This error Occurs when you try to sync a name field that contains special characters.
    So we have to remove the special characters from the record and try running the sync.

    The reason for this Error is that the maximum length supported by Quickbooks is 41 and if your Name field contains character that exceeds the maximum length then you might get this error.
    For this you have to reduce the length of the characters in that field and then try syncing it.

    No records found from quickbooks according to the filter criteria.
    So make sure that you have the records in quickbooks that fulfill the given condition and try syncing it.

    The reason is the any of the user details in userpage under Dbsync section in salesforce might be wrong.
    So make sure that all the details entered under that section is valid or a correct one.

    The reason for this error is the State name or the country name in salesforce might be different when compared with the Quickbooks .
    So make sure that the same state or country name is been entered in Quickbooks and then try running the sync.
