Speed up sync process on DBSync on-premise
How to increase RAM memory in order to speed up the Sync?

Go to DBsync folder which is installed on your system.In that go to bin folder open “catlina.bat” and
set JRE_HOME=<<64 bit JRE_HOME Path>>
set JAVA_OPTS=-Xms2048m -Xmx2048m
